WATERTOWN, NY (November 14, 2022) – In celebration of American Thanksgiving, WPBS has an outstanding line-up of holiday specials scheduled from November 19th through November 24th, 2022, including:

THE LAWRENCE WELK SHOW: THANKSGIVING (11/19 at 7:00 PM)
“There’s No Place Like Home For The Holidays” sets the mood for this holiday show. Guy and Ralna sing the touching “A House With Love In It,” Joe Feeney reminds us to “Be Thankful,” and Ken Delo and Arthur Duncan team up for a rare song and dance on “Back In Your Own Backyard.” Bob Lido and the Hotsy Totsy Boys lead the group in a fun filled “Baby Face” and “We Gather Together” sets a perfect mood for the Thanksgiving feast to follow.

Music and the Spoken Word Thanksgiving Special “Gift of Gratitude” with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square includes: “Now Thank We All Our God,” “All Things Bright and Beautiful,” “Prelude on Simple Gifts,” “Bless This House,” “Spoken Word – Thanks and Giving,” “Prayer of Thanksgiving,” and “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing.”

ARTHUR’S THANKSGIVING (11/20 at 10:00AM; 11/23 at 10:30 AM; 11/24 at 8:00 AM)
Arthur and his family are getting ready for Thanksgiving! But when Pal disappears to go on his own adventure, family, friends and the rest of Elwood City try to get Pal home. Will they be able to celebrate the best Thanksgiving yet?
