DJ Cassidy led a virtual “Pass the Mic” performance of Earth, Wind & Fire’s “Sing A Song,” alongside band members Philip Bailey, Verdine White and Ralph Johnson, as well as Sister Sledge’s “We Are Family,” alongside singer Kathy Sledge and Nile Rodgers of Chic. Cassidy incorporated videos of other vocalists and choirs from across the country toward the end of the set. The group performance was one of many during Wednesday’s “Parade Across America,” which celebrated the inauguration of President Joe Biden.
