Protests push for human rights concerns amid war

Thousands of protesters gathered in cities across the globe amid concerns about the human rights of Palestinians caught in the Israel-Hamas war.

The Israeli military has bombarded Gaza since Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7.

Israel agreed Wednesday to allow Egypt to deliver limited humanitarian aid to Gaza, as many residents are running desperately short on food, water and medical supplies.

More than 1,400 Israelis and more than 3,700 Palestinians have been killed since this war began.
