Police Tactics at the Dow Demonstration | Two Days in October

In October of 1967, students at the University of Wisconsin Madison staged a massive protest against Dow Chemical Company recruiting on their campus. Dow made Napalm, the chemical gas that had become a symbol of the war in Vietnam. When students sat in at the Commerce Building, the university asked the police for help.
