The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department dissolved its K-9 program over two decades ago, but as we’re about to show you, the program is back with a black and tan German shepherd named Pala leading the pack. Meet Pala, the first K-9 at the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department in over 20 years.
