Total Eclipse of the Park

WPBS is proud to participate in the City of Watertown’s Total Eclipse of the Park on April 8th, 2024 at Thompson Park from 10am-4pm.

This event will see tens of thousands of people visiting our city to share in this awesome celestial event, and WPBS will be in the heart of it, sharing video specials of not only eclipse science from our NOVA program, but also eclipse safety. We will also be distributing eclipse viewing glasses, so that everyone will be safely able to enjoy this incredible event.
