Drawing on police records, autopsy reports and body cam footage, a new investigation provides the most expansive tally of such deaths nationwide. From The Associated Press, FRONTLINE (PBS) and the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism programs at the University of Maryland and Arizona State University.
