WATERTOWN, NY (December 3, 2024) – WPBS-TV is proud to offer a FREE 90-minute basic self-defense course on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 6:30 PM in our studio at 1056 Arsenal Street, Watertown. Master Wiest of the Tae Kwon Do Training Center, LLC will lead the class, teaching basic self-defense techniques that participants of all skill levels, sizes, and genders can easily understand and perform by the end of the session. The minimum age to attend is 16 years old. Space is limited to 20 participants, so registration is required. Secure your spot by registering online at wpbstv.org/events.
