WPBS-TV ANOUNCES PUBLIC EYE WITH JEFF COLE SPECIAL EDITION: HUMAN TRAFFICKING

December 30, 2014, Watertown, NY – WPBS-DT presents, Public Eye with Jeff Cole Special Edition:  Human Trafficking.  In collaboration with the Jefferson and St. Lawrence County Branches of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), St. Joseph’s Sisters of Social Justice, Flower Memorial Library and other partners, the entire month of January will shine the spotlight on this difficult, but vital discussion. Is it in the North Country, what does it look like, who are its victims?  Those are just a couple of the questions we’ll attempt to uncover during Human Trafficking month on WPBS.

In conjunction with the taping of Public Eye with Jeff Cole Special Edition:  Human Trafficking, WPBS will also host a Cinema Six event that will invite the community to participate and become a part of the ‘live’ studio audience during the taping of this special.  This will give the public a chance to engage in conversation with the panelists, share resources and enjoy refreshments.  Cinema Six presents Public Eye with Jeff Cole Special Edition:  Human Trafficking, January 15th from 6 – 8pm at the WPBS Studio located at 1056 Arsenal St. in Watertown.  Engage in the discussion, share your stories and become a part of the solution as we tape this special on human trafficking.
