Watertown, NY – WPBS-DT is pleased to bring back Cinema Six, now in its second year. Cinema Six brings educational, entertaining, and informative films to the public in our broadcast community, free of charge, which will feature local productions along with national Public Broadcasting programs. Cinema Six will begin in October 2015 and will continue through March 2016, with at least one screening each month at varied locations. This year Cinema Six will also be including special events that will tie in with the screening. These events will require a separate ticket purchase*, but the screening remains free of charge.

Join us for a spooky evening as we explore downtown Watertown and watch highlights from WPBS-TVs Folklore & Frost. This local documentary features locations of historical significance in our broadcast community where unexplained occurrences are part of everyday life. We’ll bring this documentary to life by touring these same locations after the screening (ticket purchase required). This event is part history, part folklore and a lot of fun. Whether you believe the stories to be real or imagined, they have become part of our local history, part of Folklore & Frost. Tickets are available to purchase online at wpbstv.org/cinema6.
