Park It! Celebrating the Regions Finest, features parks and recreational destinations on both sides of the U.S. and Canadian Border.

The Northern New York region features great State Park destinations such as Whetstone Gulf State Park, with its three-mile-long hike around the gorge located outside of Lowville. Wellesley Island State Park, the largest camping complex in all of the Thousand Islands. The Massena, NY area boasts two local parks, Coles Creek State Park and the Robert Moses State Park. In the Adirondack region, Cranberry Lake features its 50-mile hike, boating and fishing.

Eastern OntarioÂ’s destinations include MurphyÂ’s Point Provincial Park, on the Eastern edge of the Canadian Shield, with dormant mines and trails leading to abandoned pioneer homesteads and a sawmill. The Frontenac Provincial Park has an educational visitor centre and features over 160 kilometers of hiking trails. Charleston Lake Provincial Park hosts archeological sites and natural rock formations.
