Developing The Raquette River

WPBS-TV is pleased to announce the release of our latest production; a new thirty-minute high definition documentary entitled “Developing the Raquette River”. This program is the third installment of the Raquette River Experience series.

This 30 minute documentary takes a personal journey into the lives of the men and women who lived, worked, and experienced the dam building projects along the Raquette River from the 1950s to modern day. These eyewitness accounts of life near and around the dams of the Raquette River paint a vivid portrait of a bygone era of American life in Northern New York. Enjoy all the stories and beautiful images that come from Developing the Raquette River.
