April is Autism Awareness Month and we are excited to announce that new episodes of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood will premiere on WPBS Monday, April 5th through Thursday, April 8th at 11:30 am.
It’s a big week in Daniel’s neighborhood when Daniel meets a new friend: Max. Max has autism and with the help of Max’s sister, Amira, Daniel learns that even though people can be different, they can still be excellent playmates.
Events and activities during Autism Awareness Month aim to increase understanding and acceptance of people with autism, foster worldwide support and inspire a kinder, more inclusive world.
