WPBS-DT ANNOUNCES PUBLIC SCREENING OF BUILDING NORTH COUNTRY INNOVATION DOCUMENTARY

WPBS-DT, Watertown, announces new local production, BUILDING NORTH COUNTRY INNOVATION.

A public screening & discussion of BUILDING NORTH COUNTRY INNOVATION will take place at Jefferson Community College, February 24th at 4pm in the Jules Center Amphitheater 6-002 and also at Clarkson University in the Student Center, February 24th at 4pm.  These screenings are free of charge and open to the public.

The North Country is home to several colleges and universities who all contribute to our local economy.    At Clarkson University, experiential learning, research, and enterprise come together to create commercial opportunities and social enterprise.  Clarkson fosters student innovation, invention, and new technology development through classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and mentoring to develop tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.  Discover how and why colleges and universities have become important economic drivers in our community.

Tune in on Tuesday, February 25th at 7:30 pm for the premier on WPBS TV, and again on Friday, February 28th at 10:30 pm.  You may also watch online after the premiere broadcast at wpbstv.org/watchonline.
