House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said an impeachment inquiry resolution does not fix the problems with the process, and “only makes it worse.” McCarthy spoke on the House floor ahead of a vote on the resolution that outlines how the impeachment probe against President Donald Trump will proceed. The resolution passed 232-196, largely along party lines.
