President Joe Biden signed documents pertaining to his Cabinet nominations, as well as an Inauguration Day proclamation, after he was sworn in at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 20. Later in the afternoon he plans to sign a series of executive actions to reverse his predecessor’s policies on immigration, climate change, and management of the coronavirus crisis.
