House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D.-Md., presented the new President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden with a photo from the swearing-in ceremony Wednesday morning. Hoyer said the photo is a testament to both technology and to history. “We are so proud and ready to march with you, President Biden,” he said.
