Antony Blinken, President-elect Joe Biden’s nominee for secretary of state, testified in a Senate confirmation hearing Jan. 19. The hearing for Blinken was one of several happening Tuesday on Capitol Hill as lawmakers took early steps to formalize members of Biden’s Cabinet.
