Washington D.C. nonprofit works to develop young people into leaders in the restaurant industry

Brainfood is a community of young chefs who lead cooking and nutrition workshops in Washington, D.C. In this piece, produced by student reporters from SRL’s inaugural Homegrown Fellowship, participants Tatyanna and Ryan discuss how Brainfood taught them about the power of food and the importance of giving back.
