On the Webcast Extra, Peter Baker explains who is behind the 65-member coalition fighting ISIS. “There’s the United States and then there’s everybody else,” Baker says, adding that 95 percent of airstrikes in Syria have been conducted by the U.S. On the 2016 campaign trail, Hillary Clinton’s campaign team has determined there is “no strategic advantage” to distance Clinton from President Obama right now. As BBC’s Kim Ghattas reports, her message so far has been focused on the economy, an area where she praises Obama.
