Sen. Chris Coons on bipartisan support for Ukraine, Biden’s domestic agenda

President Biden is speaking to the American public during his State of the Union address as the country faces its highest inflation rate in 40 years and a torrent of issues fighting for attention, largely along party lines, from the coronavirus to voting laws and foreign policy to violent crime.
