A community celebration of traditional Irish food, dance and entertainment. The annual festival takes place in March at the Dulles State Office Building, 317 Washington St. in Watertown. Funds raised support Project Children, a program which brings children from Northern Ireland to Northern New York for several weeks during the summer.
