From toilet paper to hand sanitizer to flour. COVID 19 has caused some major shortages in Canada. And although many of these everyday items have returned to the shelves. No one expected that ketchup would be a hot commodity a year into the pandemic. A surge in takeout in North Americans is creating a supply crunch in some parts of the continent.
