Before the three-hour primetime debate, four of the lowest polling GOP candidates took to the stage to discuss their stances on policy and Donald Trump. Sen. Lindsey Graham took advantage of being on the smaller stage at The Reagan Presidential Library to firmly detail his foreign policy agenda and add humor to the discussion.
