Dream Bikes: Connecting teens to more than a job

DreamBikes, a non-profit in Madison, Wisconsin, opens used bicycle stores in economically disadvantaged communities and employs local teens to fix bikes. In the process, young people get job training, mentorship and learn lifelong skills.
