Do recent technological advances benefit educational experiences?

When the student reporters from the PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs ask their peers about implementation of technology in the classroom, Theron Williams, a student from Royal Oak High School says, ” it’s almost like I can touch and feel the learning and information.”
This sentiment is exhibited by a recent study that shows that an overwhelming majority of teachers, educations and administrators want to increase the use of technology in the classroom as a way to stimulate learning. Although, the teachers fully support the use of tech in their classrooms, they know they will need a helping hand from their students to help them traverse the ever changing landscape of technology.
