Daniel isn’t ready to play with Margaret because he has lots of feelings about his fish dying. But Margaret continues to want to play and Daniel finds that playing helps him feel better. He wonders if it’s okay to laugh and play even though his fish has died. He talks about it with his mom and dad who help him know that everyone has sad feelings sometimes and happy feelings sometimes, too.
