The jury has the case in E. Jean Carroll’s civil trial against former President Trump. After two weeks of testimony from Carroll and a handful of other witnesses, lawyers for both sides presented closing arguments Monday as jurors weigh whether or not to hold Trump liable for rape and defamation.
