Cincinnati mayor aims to break poverty cycle in 5 years

Nationally, more than 20 percent of youth experience poverty. In Cincinnati, Ohio that number is twice as high and the risk of remaining below the poverty line poses multi-generational threat. The city is attempting to break the cycle with bold community-based solutions and “an Army of 1000 hearts.”
