Watertown, NY – Tune-in for WPBS-TV’s Home for the Holidays Member Drive, Saturday, November 28th through December 6th! As you tune-in throughout the drive, expect to enjoy Andrea Bocelli, Cinema on December 1 at 7:30 pm followed by Classical Rewind 2 at 9:30 pm; John Denver, Country Boy is back by popular demand on Wednesday, December 2 at 8 pm followed by Tommy Fleming, Song for a Winter’s Night at 9:30 pm; a brand new twist on a classic program, “A Christmas Carol” courtesy of Anthony Mann Productions starring the beloved Colin Baker (Doctor Who) as Charles Dickens himself on Thursday, December 3 at 8 pm followed by an all-new Josh Groban, Stages at 9:30 pm.  On Friday, December 4, we enjoy Songbook Standards at 9 pm and finish the final weekend of drive with Music & Might, An International Military Spectacular on Saturday December 5, at 7 pm followed by the Carpenters, Close to You at 8:30 pm.  The final day of drive is my absolute favorite as we broadcast a tribute to the late Wayne Dyer at Noon and bring you a new special, Pope Francis, The Sinner at 3 pm; Chuck Wagon Gang at 4 pm; Classic movie, A Christmas Wish, at 5:30 pm; Alabama, Hymns & Gospel Favorites at 7:30 pm; and, we end the evening with Downton Abbey and Manners of Downton at 9pm and 10 pm.   For a full program schedule visit www.wpbstv.org.
