Item Name: Primitive Farm Tools
Item Number: 616
Here is a wonderful old hand auger drill with a primitive wood cross handle - probably used for constructing old post and beam barns. It is about 21 in. long, the iron bit measures about 1.5 in., and the handle is about 15 in. wide. There are also two whippletree yolks with iron rings and a center eye bolt - one 41 in. long and the other 27 in. long. Thanks you to a generous WPBS-TV Supporter for this wonderful farm-themed donation.
