This original oil painting depicts the family log home off the Skootamatta River in Ontario, Canada off of highway 7 and 37. Mairi comments that painting with family and friends near the water with the falling leaves is one of her favorite memories. This oil painting is a vibrant depiction of a log home on a hill in bright oranges and blues. The colorful orange leaves are complemented by the blue of the sky and rushing water passing by.
