Bennington Sugar Bowl
Thank you to Richard at Skaneateles Antique center for this wonderful Bennington sugar bowl. Dating back to the 1800's, this piece measures approximately 6" high with the lid on and 4 1/2" in diameter. The bowl itself stands at 3 3/4" tall. It features a face on two sides that is elevated from the main part of the piece. Insignificant roughness on the inner lip of the rim that sits inside the base and minor exterior glaze wear that you would expect to find on a piece this age, otherwise fine. The jar measures about 9" tall, 7" across the base.
