WPBS often has special programming and outreach grant opportunities that enable us to bring outreach programs into the communityby going beyond the broadcast. By partnering with entities like Jefferson Community College or hosting events here in our studio, WPBS offers special screening events, panel discussions, or live call-in shows about specialty programming we are airing. ﾠWe refer to these events as ﾑbeyond the broadcastﾒ events where WPBS does more than just air the program ﾖ we bring in experts and talk about it with our community.
