WPBS-TV seeks full time Development Associate
. An Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of three year's related experience in an administrative position. Candidate will provide administrative support to the President & General Manager and participate in fundraising activities including donor and public relations, direct mail appeals and special events. Candidate will manage all aspects of foundations, corporations and individual donor files made through bequests, trusts, charitable gift annuities and other giving vehicles. Candidate will prepare written materials, including correspondence, solicitation materials, and work closely with marketing to effectively promote planned and major gifts program. Candidate should possess excellent personal and written communications skills. WPBS-DT, seeks full-time Corporate Support Account Executive. A degree in business or marketing and two-years of media sales experience preferred. Successful candidate must possess experience in customer service, excellent writing, verbal, and computer skills, ability to write and present proposals, work well with little supervision and manage territory. Applicant is responsible for sales in the Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence County area with primary office in Watertown. Base salary with commission structure, full benefits and retirement plan.
