Niagara Falls is not just thundering water – it’s also the gateway to Canada’s wine country.  One of the most fun ways to sample different wines is by attending a wine-tasting.  Greg Gardner discusses what to look for at different wineries and how to conduct your own wine-tasting party at home.  Pope Vickers shows what cheeses compliment which wines.  Later, they visit the Grape Harvest Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake for an extensive wine-tasting affair.
