Sherrill W. Haley
Born and raised in North Carolina, Sherrill holds a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She has been in the classroom teaching since 1993. Sherrill has also been an adult literacy tutor and an Educational Services Coordinator. She has taught students and adults from ages from 4 to 76 years old. Sherrill was a previous Ready To Learn trainer in Oklahoma. 


Cheryl Burns-Stephens

Cheryl graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a Bachelors in Science, major in Psychology. With extensive background in early childhood and school-age, she has worked at Fort Drum in various capacities since March of ’88, including Family Child Care Outreach Worker, Family Child Care Training & Curriculum Specialist, Center-based Training & Curriculum Specialist, and School Age Services Director. She’s worked as a trainer with other organizations, including the American Red Cross and the Jefferson-Lewis Childcare Project.


Josephine Adams
Josephine graduated from SUC at Oswego with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters in Reading Education. She has also received Reading Recovery training from SUC at Cortland. A reading consultant in Watertown for the last 19 years, Josephine has taught both third and fifth grades, has experience with BOCES as a teacher in remedial math, high school writing, and remedial reading. 


Donna Repaty
Donna Repaty has extensive experience in the Early Childhood education field, working for 20 years as Teacher, Center Director, Family Day Care Director and Trainer. She is also a Red Cross Instructor for Infant/Child CPR and First Aid. She is currently the Community Outreach Coordinator for the North Country Prenatal/Perinatal Council, Inc.
