Recruitment Initiative
March 5, 2009 Jefferson	Participate in the Jefferson County Job Fair in an effort to recruit for
County Job Fair	future employment opportunities.  This was attended by Christine Rolfe
	& Leslie O'Hara
Feb. 2009-January 2010	Beth Russell and Christine Rolfe participate in monthly meetings with the North Country
	Human Resources group for training and keep atop of EEO requirements & laws
May-09	Intership with a student from Copenhagen Central School. He attends the Howard G.
	Technical Center in Glenfield NY in the communications program.
College & Training	Two individuals were taking college courses for possible advancement within
	the company.
