SERIES 300 Beginning in March 2005, WPBS brings you 30 new episodes of Classical Stretch, taped exclusively on the Riviera Maya in Mexico!

The Classical Stretch crew filmed one show at Xel-Ha (prounounced Shell-Ha).  We would have liked to do more, but the popularity of the park precluded it.  We were invited back for a day of snorkeling!

Xel-Ha is the largest naturally occurring aquarium in the world, located on 84 hectacres of lowland tropical forest, on the Riviera Maya in Mexico.
More than 20,000 marine turtles are liberated annually from the Xel-Ha turtle camp.  Turtles come ashore on Xel-Ha beaches between April and November each year.

More than 100 bird species and nearly 230 plant flower and tree species are resident in the jungles of Xel-Ha.

You can swim and play with dolphins in Xel-Ha's dolphin encounter.  Or spend your day snorkeling!
