WPBS-TV Presents the 2013 Character Breakfast and Ready, Set, Fun Book Fest, Featuring PBS KIDS Host, Miss Rosa

Watertown, NY- On Saturday, May 11th WPBS-TV will be presenting the 5th annual Character Breakfast at the Watertown Elks Lodge and the 17th annual Ready, Set, Fun Book Fest at the Watertown High School Gymnasium.
